Maison d’Eileen produces small-batch, handcrafted candles, diffusers, room mists, and fragrance products. Due to the artisanal nature of our products:

All candles and fragrance items comply with EU CLP Regulations (Classification, Labelling & Packaging of Chemicals) where applicable.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly — we cannot replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
In accordance with Irish and EU Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened candles, diffusers, fragrance oils, room sprays, or perfumes unless the product is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
They are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, in line with Irish law.
